Alright so your family is getting tired of the same oven cooked pizzas and microwaved dinner plates.  Time to make them some real meals and give them the feeling that they are eating at a gourmet restaurant.

My search took me through a few books inluding Emeril’s chef magic but it wasn’t until I picked up a copy of America’s Secret Recipes that my cooking started to match a true chefs.

The cookbook has a ton of little secrets that I never used at home to make food taste so much better.  It changed the way I look at pasta, chicken, any steak, and of course all the vegetable , potatoes, fruit and more ingrediants in side dishes.
